Hi, my name is Ryan and I'm a type addict.

Fortunately, as an independent designer I am able to cope with my condition and live a fairly normal life. That is, if you consider it normal to walk past a new restaurant opening and the first thing that pops into your mind is not "Is the food good?" or even "I like the interior design!" but "What typeface does it use?" Such is my curse.

I'm an independent designer based out of Portland, Oregon with several years of experience designing a wide range of print collateral and even the odd web project. There is nothing I like more than taking a nebulous assembly of words & images and setting it in order (despite my work desk being evidence to the conrary).
